I was born one lovely spring in the the mid 1970's in Iowa, and for the first year I concentrated mainly on mother, bottles, milk, and mashed peas.
Once that became sufficiently routine, I took to learning to walk, speak, and capture the goldfish in the fish tank; apparently I had a taste for them which most people don't seem to develop until their college years.
Soon I was communicating with the world, and learning how things worked. I learned how chemicals when mixed could make terriffically bad smells, how I could burn leaves with a magnifying glass, how to copy the vinyl albums I found in the local library to my new cassette recorder, how to build dams on the creek in the park, and quite a lot of other things which annoyed and amused those around me. I have always found great amusement in experiments.
To avoid becoming too boring to others, I learned to play the guitar. I learned to write poetry. I learned a little about love, living, people, and even a bit about myself in relation to the rest of society.
Later on, I discovered my ideal mate and at the same time, by necessity, a love of travel and the great joy of exotic experience.
I learned the value of exercise, and began to work out regularly. I began to enjoy a great variety of new foods. All of these things made possibly by my soulmate Joanna, without who my life is quite devoid of color.
In my working life, I pursue interesting software design jobs. I also build communities on the internet. I keep things as interesting as possible, because life is short and there is no time to waste.
I believe in equality, liberty, and the importance of giving to those who deserve but would never ask. I believe the fundamental nature of man is a good one. I believe that the most evil people today lurk in corporations.
I believe that I will see the world become a better place if I live long enough and make every effort to help it become so.
